The Ultimate Grilled Pork Chop Recipe

Here's what you'll need:

Bone-in Pork chops, cut about 1-1 ¼” thick
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
Favorite Dry Rub (Optional)

It's November 29, and those of us who are still eating turkey leftovers have had enough by now. At our house, Scott turned the leftovers into 10 quarts of homemade turkey broth and 3 delicious pot pies. Two are in the freezer for us to enjoy sometime later when our taste for Thanksgiving foods returns. And that...Won't.Be.Anytime.Soon.

At last, Fall weather has arrived in NC ,and it's a great time to get out and enjoy the 2011 State Fair!
