Outta the Park Chicken & Bok Choy Stir Fry

"Trust me, it's delicious." That's what Scott's mom has to say about her friend Alayne's Chicken & Bok Choy Stir Fry Recipe, and we have to agree! Adding Outta the Park BBQ Sauce to stir fry recipes is a great testament to the versatility of our sauce. We tell folks all the time that Outta the Park is great both on and off the grill and we mean it. Try Alayne's stir fry recipe below which is an Outta the Park adaptation of a recipe from Real Simple magazine and see for yourself!

My mom made this recipe when I visited recently, and I've made it three times since because it is AWESOMEl! Let's just say you can't go wrong when you combine chicken, bacon and Outta the Park BBQ Sauce. It's a great rainy day (or any day) "off-grill" recipe. Give it a try and let us know what you think!

Easy Outta the Park Chicken Wings

It's not really even a recipe but baking a slew of chicken wings at 350 for an hour and a half, and then tossing liberally in a huge bowl with a full bottle of Outta the Park Sauce is a super simple way to keep the whole clan happy.

To add a little more heat, apply a dry rub mixture of salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano and paprika to the wings before baking.

We usually serve with a garden salad and/or boil corn on the cob.

Never disappoints!

Easy BBQ Chicken

  2. Pull the chicken until shredded.
  3. Add Outta the Park BBQ Sauce to taste, and serve.

Kids think it’s a homerun – and so will you!
