At Outta the Park Eats, we are passionate about all natural foods and ingredients. When we say our sauces are “all natural,” we mean Truly Natural, where every ingredient is grown and not made in a lab. You'll find real bits of fresh peppers, freshly grated ginger and organic ketchup made from ripe organic tomatoes in our sauces. The ginger and jalapeno peppers plus an all natural brown mustard and hot pepper sauce give our Original sauce its mild-medium level of heat. We use hotter chile peppers to bring the heat to our Hot & Spicy sauce. Both sauces contain brown cane sugar and unsulphured black strap molasses to add the right amount of sweetness, and apple cidar vinegar to balance out the flavors with a pleasant hint of tangy goodness. With our Original sauce we add just a bit of real butter to give our sauce a rich texture that makes it great for grilling. With our Hot & Spicy we use expeller pressed safflower oil instead of butter for that added touch of rich, thick texture.
Not only does Outta the Park® BBQ Sauce taste great, but also our ingredients appeal to health-conscious consumers who read labels and are concerned about what they and their families eat. Our sauces contain:

Gluten-Free Statement
Both Outta the Park® Original and Hot & Spicy BBQ Sauces have been tested by an independent, third party lab, and the gluten detection level in both flavors of our sauce is less than 3 parts per million (<3PPM). According to the FDA's voluntary labeling guidelines, this qualifies our products as gluten-free barbecue sauces. We feel it's important to disclose our actual gluten content and to inform customers that our product is not made in a gluten-free facility. We encourage customers to take note of their level of gluten sensitivity when considering any product for inclusion in their diet.
